Birthday presents!

My birthday was a little while ago (mid-october) but due to fund rearranging I only got my present now :P Well that's not entirely true, I also got my mom's old iPhone 3GS :) After many many months of looking for these, and I mean EVERYWHERE, even weird chinese sites,  the tan Serena Dr. Martens just appeared in Schuh, just in time for my birthday! I was sooo happy! :D

They are so comfy :)

A while back I put up the recipe for a lemon tart. I made it recently and it was amazing! So delicious! Mine did look a little lumpy because the recipe tells you to sieve the mixture and I didn't have a sieve, so the lemon zest was still in it (but I think that made it extra delicious). So if you're wondering what you should make next definitely try that recipe, it's very easy :)

Marzipan swirl ice cream

The more I look at it, the more this blog is centered on food than art and clothes... Oh well :P

So recently, my friend Rachel made battenburg (It was the best I have ever had!) which renewed my long lost love for marzipan. So when I stumbled upon this recipe, I started to drool (only a bit... and in an extremely attractive way)
